Q1. How soon can I get an offer?

A: We usually make offers within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. 

Q2. Can you design the logo for us?

A: We have a professional team to design the logo.  Just send us high resolution pictures and text, and let us know what you want to do, then we'll send you the completed document for confirmation.

Q3. How can I get a sample to test your quality?

A: Under normal circumstances, samples are only charged at cost. You also need to pay for express delivery, but we will refund the sample fee after you place your order.

Q4. How do you track prdoucts during production?

A: We will send you the photos of the production, and the photos of the completion of the warehouse, and also the sample photos for your confirm.

Q5. How to confirm the quality of batch products?

A: We have a strict quality control system. We can be your QC to inspect the products before shipment, or you can arrange a third party to inspect the products in our factory.

Q6. When can you make delivery?

A: Delivery is fast. We can usually finish the production within 5-15 days after payment confirmation. However, when the order quantity is large or the factory is busy, there will be a little delay.

Q7: How about after sale? And how to deal with the dispute?

A:Your feedback will be greatly appreciated and the order will never be completed until the customer is satisfied and says "OK". We all don't like this dispute, but when it happens, you can complain to our after-sales team, and they will be very patient to help you solve the problem until you are satisfied.
